NHN Composite Paper

Our NHN Composite Paper is similar to NMN. The difference is the middle layer. NMN uses Mylar film in the middle. NHN Composite Paper uses polyimide film. Polyimide film can handle higher temperatures. That is why our NHN Composite Paper can reach C-class (220°C). A customer that makes special motors came to us. Their motors work in high-temperature environments. The temperature often reaches 200°C. They tried NMN. It did not work. We recommended our NHN Composite Paper. We sent a sample. They installed it in their motors and tested it for three months. No problems. Now they order 1 ton every time. The structure is: Nomex paper on the outside, polyimide film in the middle, and another layer of Nomex paper. Polyimide film is often called PI film. It can work at 300°C for a long time. So we can confidently say our NHN Composite Paper is C-class.

We did a comparison test. We put our NHN Composite Paper and a domestic competitor's product in an oven at 220°C for 96 hours. The color of our product barely changed. The competitor's product turned yellow. Yellowing means the material is aging. Aged insulation becomes brittle. Brittle materials crack easily. Our product stays stable. Every batch of our NHN Composite Paper goes through breakdown voltage and tensile strength tests. We also have a glow wire tester. We do flame retardant tests. Our product meets UL94 V0. This NHN Composite Paper has a higher unit price. That means higher profit for you. Many NHN products on the market use fake polyimide film. We use genuine raw materials. You sell our product.
