A High-End Composite With Real Nomex
Our NMN insulation paper is a high-end flexible composite. Its structure is Nomex paper – Mylar film – Nomex paper. That is where the name NMN comes from. Nomex is a brand of aramid paper from DuPont. It has H-class (180°C) temperature resistance. It is also flame retardant. Our NMN insulation paper uses real Nomex paper. We do not use substitutes. Last year, a new energy vehicle drive motor company came to us. Their motor required H-class insulation and UL94 V0 flame retardant. We sent them a sample of our NMN insulation paper. They tested it for two months. All results passed. Now they buy 2 tons from us every month. The price per ton is 4000 RMB lower than what they paid to a trader before.
Precision Slitting Reduces Production Waste
We have a high-precision slitting machine. We can cut our NMN insulation paper into narrow strips as thin as 2.3 mm. The width tolerance is ±0.2 mm. Many competitors can only do ±0.5 mm. The more accurate the strip, the less waste on your customer's production line. We have three real data points for you. First, we put our NMN insulation paper in an oven at 180°C for 72 hours. Its tensile strength dropped only 8%. The industry standard is 15%. We are much better than the standard. Second, our NMN insulation paper can achieve breakdown voltage above 12 kV. The standard requirement is 10 kV. Third, we test every batch. If it fails, it does not leave our warehouse.
Used in EV Motors and High-Temperature Equipment
Our NMN insulation paper is mainly used in new energy vehicle drive motors, H-class industrial motors, traction motors, mining motors, and other electrical equipment that needs high heat resistance and flame retardancy. Our annual capacity is 1000 tons. Monthly capacity is 200 tons. We can slit into rolls, sheets, or tapes according to your request. MOQ is 500 kg. Free samples are available in small amounts. We support OEM and ODM. You can print your own brand. We also have a punching machine. We can punch our NMN insulation paper into special shapes based on your drawings. You can use them directly.
