They were exporting motors to Europe. Their European client asked for F-class materials. The regular DMD they used was only B-class (130°C). We recommended our F-DMD insulation paper. They tested 500 kg. All passed. Now they buy 3 tons from us every month. Our factory has 4 high-precision slitting machines. We can cut F-DMD insulation paper into narrow strips as thin as 2.3 mm. Many factories can only cut down to 5 mm. The thinner the strip, the better the slot utilization for your motors.

We did a side-by-side test. We put our F-DMD insulation paper and a competitor's product in an oven at 150°C for 48 hours. Our product shrank only 1.2%. The competitor's product shrank 3.5%. Less shrinkage means more stable insulation. Our F-DMD has three layers. The middle is a PET polyester film. Both sides are polyester fiber non-woven fabric. We treat the PET film specially.
