Packaging & Transportation
Crepe paper is susceptible to moisture absorption and crushing, requiring specialized packaging addressing both risks. The inner layer is sealed with moisture-proof PE film to prevent moisture uptake during transit; rigid paper tubes form roll cores to avoid flattening of rolled products; the outer layer uses thickened corrugated cartons or wooden pallet reinforcement to resist collisions during long-distance transportation. Clear labels affixed to each package indicate product name, specifications, batch number, net weight and production date. Export orders receive reinforced packaging complying with ocean shipping standards to guarantee intact arrival at ports. Trade terms EXW and FOB are supported with convenient shipment from Wenzhou Port. Upon arrival, store goods in dry, ventilated warehouses avoiding direct contact with ground surfaces.
Quality Control
Two core indicators govern quality control of crepe paper: elongation rate and breakdown voltage. Both tests are mandatory for every batch, with batches rejected immediately for elongation rates below 20%. Real-time monitoring of embossing roller temperature and pressure during production ensures uniform crepe depth across all paper segments. Raw materials adopt high-purity sulfate wood pulp free of impurities with neutral pH to eliminate copper conductor corrosion risks. We also conduct moisture absorption rate testing to guarantee slow moisture uptake and stable insulation performance under standard environments. Testing equipment includes tensile strength testers, breakdown voltage testers and electrothermal blast drying ovens, with all data filed for traceability.
