Packaging & Transportation
Crepe tubes are prone to crushing and moisture damage. Each tube is individually wrapped in moisture-proof PE film, separated with foam padding to avoid extrusion deformation, packed in thick cartons with edge protectors for long tubes. Sea freight export orders use reinforced wooden pallets. Each package labeled with inner diameter, wall thickness, length, quantity and batch number. Trade terms EXW and FOB Wenzhou Port with convenient logistics. Store in dry ventilated warehouses and unpack right before use.
Quality Control
Raw crepe paper undergoes thickness, elongation and breakdown testing before rolling. Tube rolling monitors wall thickness real-time with adjustments for deviations over ±0.1mm. Finished tubes are visually inspected for bubbles, cracking and uneven walls. Every batch sampled for breakdown voltage and radial compression testing before release.
