A low-voltage electrical factory came to us. They needed insulation shims with 1 mm thickness. The quantity was large. They used 5000 pieces every month. Before, they used 3240. Breakdown voltage in the vertical direction is 12 kV. Water absorption is less than 2%. Temperature class is E (120°C). The machining property is good. Drilling does not cause delamination.
