Quality Control
We have obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification. Every batch of DMD insulation paper undergoes three inspection procedures before delivery: raw material incoming inspection, hourly sampling during production, and full-batch sampling before finished product delivery. Our laboratory is equipped with tensile strength testers, breakdown voltage testers, glow wire test instruments and electrothermal blast drying ovens to conduct item-by-item inspections of key indicators including breakdown voltage, tensile strength and thermal shrinkage rate. Unqualified batches are never released. Products have been tested by authoritative testing institutions, and all indicators meet national standards.
