Wiping with a Dry, Soft Cloth
The surface of the insulating paper should be kept clean and free of dust. When cleaning, use a dry, soft cotton cloth or a soft-bristled brush to gently wipe away surface dust and loose debris; avoid applying excessive force, which could damage the paper or cause fiber shedding.

Avoid Using Chemical Solvents
Strong acids, strong bases, or organic solvents can corrode paper fibers or compromise the insulating properties of the paper's surface; therefore, their use should be strictly avoided during the cleaning process. For minor oil stains, a slightly dampened cloth may be used for gentle wiping; however, it is imperative to ensure that the paper is completely dry before putting it back into service.

Humidity and Drying Procedures
Following cleaning, it is essential to ensure that the insulating paper remains in a dry state to prevent moisture absorption, which would degrade its insulating performance. If the ambient humidity is high, the paper should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry environment to air-dry naturally. Alternatively, a low-temperature drying oven (set to a temperature below the paper's thermal rating) may be used to facilitate drying and prevent any decline in insulating performance caused by moisture.
