Last year, a manufacturer of new energy vehicle drive motors contacted us, as their motors required insulation materials with Class H temperature resistance and UL94 V0 flame retardancy. We sent NMN samples, which passed all tests after a two-month testing period by the customer. Now they place a stable monthly order of 2 tons, with a price 4,000 RMB per ton lower than their previous supplier of trading companies – this is the core advantage of being a source factory. We baked NMN in a 180℃ oven for 72 hours, and its tensile strength only decreased by 8%, while the industry standard allows a maximum decrease of 15%, meaning our performance far exceeds the standard. The breakdown voltage stably reaches above 12kV against the standard requirement of 10kV.

The composite process for NMN composite paper has extremely high requirements: the lamination between Nomex paper and Mylar film must be uniform without bubbles or wrinkles, otherwise insulation performance will be compromised. We adopt high-performance three-in-one composite machines for one-step three-layer forming, delivering far more uniform lamination than small factories that complete lamination in two separate processes. Our annual production capacity reaches 1,000 tons with a monthly capacity of 200 tons, enabling on-time delivery of large orders.
Customization Capabilities
NMN offers extensive customization options. Thickness ranges from 0.08mm to 0.45mm with thickness tolerance controlled within ±0.005mm. Width spans a maximum of 1600mm down to a minimum of 2.3mm with width tolerance of ±0.2mm, much tighter than the ±0.5mm tolerance offered by most competitors. Flexible supply formats include rolls, sheets and strips. We are also equipped with stamping forming machines to stamp NMN into various special-shaped parts per your drawings for direct assembly, eliminating secondary processing steps and material losses. OEM services are fully supported, with packaging customized to your specifications.
